They work fantastic. keep everything really cool. could put room temperature beverages in the cooler with the ice packs and they are ice cold. perfect for lunches. Orka was fantastic as well. they shipped everything quickly and had it in a couple of days because i ordered it over a weekend. would recommend them 100%.

Great service except for processing the credit card payment on your website. My card was flagged and it was refused. After several tries, it still did not go through.
