To ensure you get all the products you want, we recommend you beat the shopping rush by placing your online gift orders as early as possible this year.

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your online order (usually ready in 2 hours) from our warehouse located in Mississauga, ON.

Orders with items marked as "In Stock" at Orka usually ship within (1) business day from the time your order is placed. 
Orders with items marked as “Special Order Items” need to be ordered from our Vendors, and can take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.
Please refer to the “product status message” as posted on the product page for individual items.

We offer free shipping on any order over $49. We also offer a $5.99 flat shipping rate for orders under $49.
Our free shipping offer does not apply to items identified as oversized items, or shipping locations in NL, NU, NT, or YT.

Our extended holiday return policy allows orders placed between November 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 to be returnable through January 31, 2023. Returns we automatically authorize on your behalf will reflect the extended holiday return policy.
