Horrible experience

I ordered a Klein cooler online with free delivery. The cooler arrived in a timely manner, but was damaged in transit. I wrote the company and they offered a 20% discount on the cooler. While that was a generous offer, it still didn't offset the damage in the cooler for the overall price of the item. I requested a refund, only to be notified that I will not be receiving the taxes that has been spent in this transaction. In a nutshell... I paid $15-$20 to send a cooler back and forth. The website also states that I will not receive my full refund until the item has been received. Needless to say I'm skeptical that I will see the return money at all. Thankfully it was just a cooler a not a more expensive electrical tool or part. I will not be ordering from this site again. Even attempting to write this review has been frustrating through their website. Buyer beware...

A manly man's cooler with a touch of class.

My husband loves it. It keeps his lunch cold while sitting in his hot car. Plus doubles as a cooler when we do our short road trips. It looks great, the size is wonderful and it does the job! I wish I had bought it sooner. Love love love it!
