Politique de Ramassage en Entrepôt

L'enlèvement en entrepôt n'est valable que s'il est sélectionné par le client lors de la commande, pendant les heures d'ouverture d'Orka et uniquement pour les commandes confirmées par un courriel de notification de ramassage de commande.
Most orders are ready for pickup within 2 hours during weekdays, however, please allow for extra processing time on items requiring assembly or large orders.

Instructions pour le Ramassage en Entrepôt

Étape 1 : Passez votre commande

• Once you've added all items to your Cart and ready to complete your order, click on Checkout.
• Enter your email address in the Contact Information section, which is required to send you an courriel de confirmation de commande and courriel de notification de ramassage de commande.
• Select "Ramassage en Entrepôt" in the Delivery Method section, and Orka Electrical should be selected by default in the Pickup Locations section (see screenshot below).
• Please note: Same day pickup is available for les commandes passées les jours de semaine avant 1:30PM (EST). Pour les commandes passées en semaine après 1:30PM (EST) ou le week-end, le ramassage sera possible le jour ouvrable suivant.

Étape 2 : Recevez votre Notification de Ramassage de Commande

• Once your order is processed, you'll receive un courriel letting you know your order is ready to pick up. 
• Please de ne pas attempt to visit our warehouse and pick up an order until you receive the courriel de notification de ramassage de commande.

Étape 3 : Ramasser votre Commande à notre Entrepôt

• Une fois que vous avez reçu un courriel de notification de ramassage de votre commande, vous pouvez vous rendre à notre entrepôt pour récupérer votre commande.
• Make sure to either print or bring a digital version of your courriel de notification de ramassage de commande with you when visiting our warehouse. 
• Remember to bring a photo ID with you. Your photo ID must match the name of the person listed on the order confirmation email. 
• Please note our warehouse is not a store / retail space. You will not be allowed to enter our distribution center except if you have a commande valide to pick up, and a courriel de notification de ramassage de commande valide.

• Warehouse location: 5600 Keaton Crescent, Mississauga, Ontario L5R 3G3 et est ouvert pour le ramassage Mondays to Fridays, from 8AM to 5PM (EST).
• Enter through the SW driveway off of Keaton Crescent and drive to the rear of the REXEL building (the building has a Rexel, Nedco and Westburne sign on its front). See screenshot below.

• Enter through the Blue Man-door with the Orka logo adjacent to Dock Door #1 (see photo ici).
• En entrant, approchez-vous de la fenêtre du bureau de dispatching.
