Orders with items marked as "In Stock" at Orka usually ship within (1) business day from the time your order is placed. Please refer to the “product status message” as posted on the product page for individual items.
Orders with items marked as “Special Order Items” need to be ordered from our Vendors, and can take between 10 to 15 business days to be shipped.

Yes, and we've made the process quite easy for you. In order to return an item, you must request a return at https://orka.ca/a/returns.
Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase, and returned items must be in original packaging and undamaged.
To receive a full refund, all products must be returned in their original packaging and must be in like new condition, with no signs of use. A restocking fee might be applied on items depending on the type of return and the item’s condition upon return.
