Not the bag I really want, but what I can afford for now. Switched to this from a Klein backpack that had to be all the way open to get at most of the tools. Tools slid out etc. this has more pockets/room and can be more closed up and less exposed to the elements and smaller footprint. My biggest complaint is that the pockets don't go all the way to the bottom of bag and are tapered at the bottom where stitched. So taller tools won't necessarily fit nicely and everything tilts out towards the opening instead of being completely vertical and thinner. This also makes the smaller bit/pencil etc pockets at the bottom tougher to access without opening the bag up all the way. While also leaving unused space below the pockets. Could also use some straps/ taller pockets on the sides inside the bag. With some small changes and added cost they could really make a stellar bag and dominate the market between the lower end and the high end. Klein seems to be always so close to nailing it with tool bags if they'd only put a little more thought/effort/cost into it. Also slightly annoying but since both sides look exactly the same it's tough to remember what side which tools are in. Comparing this $120 bag to a $450 bag isn't fair to it. For the money I'd say it's a great buy. Seems to be fairly well constructed, similar to the backpack I have which is a few years old and only the snap hook for the tape clip has broke. The rest has held up very well. That being said the first one I ordered came with a rivet from the bottom loose inside the bag. I contacted orka and after a week or so they looked after me and sent a replacement bag at no extra cost. Also both bags I ended up with have a loose jingly tape measure holder that they seem to be doing on purpose for some reason. Not sure who ate the cost on the replacement and shipping them or Klein but they made it right by me and I appreciate the customer service and while buy from orka again in the future.
Great bag for Hvac Tech
Love my new Klein bag
