Great heater, even greater service

I bought this heater for its sleek look it replaces a bulky baseboard heater in a living room.
Once installed a few months later I noticed the thermal fuse would go off and shut off the heater and it would cycle on and off…
I got in touch with Orka and had rma and a new device on the way within hours! Awesome customer service. Thanks Orka!

I ordered 6 baseboard and convection heaters of various sizes when a local supplier could not deliver after 6 weeks. They were delivered is promised within 3 business days. This is critical when you are working on a project with timelines. I will order from Orka again.
