The following terms and conditions apply to the ORKA Contest

To enter, a minimum purchase of $250 KLEIN TOOLS PRODUCTS on Orka.ca is required. Each additional $250 spent grants you an extra entry. CONTEST BEGINS AT 00:01 A.M. (ET) July 1st, 2025. AND ENDS AT 11:59 P.M (ET) ON JULY 31st, 2025. THERE ARE A TOTAL OF 3 PRIZES TO BE WON. THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, ALBERTA, SASKATCHEWAN, MANITOBA, QUEBEC, ONTARIO, NOVA SCOTIA, PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND AND NEW BRUNSWICK WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN THEIR PROVINCE AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED BY CONTEST CLOSING DATE.
The Contest is governed by the Official Rules (the “Official Rules”). By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the decisions of the Contest are final in all respects. The Contest is subject to federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
The words “you”, ‘your’ and “entrant” as used herein refer to the person entering the Contest. All dollar amounts in these Official Rules are in Canadian dollars.
1. Who can participate ?
The contest is open to all customers with Orka, who are legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and New Brunswick, and who have reached the age of majority in their province at the time of entry. To enter the contest, participants must make a minimum purchase of $250 Klein Tools products on Orka.ca; each additional $250 spent grants an extra entry. Employees, directors, agents, representatives, and mandataries of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, any member of their immediate family (parents, children, siblings, spouse, wherever domiciled) of the Sponsor's employees, representatives or mandataries, or anyone domiciled at the same address, with or without relation, of the Sponsor's employees, representatives or mandataries, are not eligible to enter the contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon compliance with all conditions set forth herein.
Entry deadlines
The Contest begins at 00:01 a.m. (ET) on July 1st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on July 31st, 2025 (the “Contest Period”). The Sponsor is the Official Contest Timekeeper.
2. How to get involved
To enter the contest (“an entry”) and have a chance to win one of the available prizes (as described below), one (1) automatic entry will be granted for every $250 spent on Orka.ca.
3. Prizes
3.1 Prizes
3.1.1 Three winners will each receive a Klein Tools product kit, including the following items:

3.1.2 If part of a prize is not used, no compensation will be awarded to the winner.
3.1.3 No modification or reproduction of a prize will be accepted. In the event of loss, theft, mutilation, modification or unauthorized use of a prize, it will not be reimbursed or replaced. Prizes may not be combined or associated with any other offer or promotion. Prizes are subject to other applicable restrictions and conditions as indicated or as may be communicated by Sponsor.
3.1.4 If the prize winner's guest is a minor and not the winner's child, the guest's parent or legal guardian must accept the invitation on his/her behalf and sign the winner's release, described in section 10.
5.1 Other rules applying to Prizes
5.1.1 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, substitutable or redeemable for cash. Subject to Régie approval, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if a Prize is unavailable for any reason. In no event shall Sponsor be obligated to award more Prizes than indicated in these Official Rules or to award any Prize other than in accordance with these Official Rules.
5.1.2 Any Prizes shown in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and may not correspond to the actual item offered as a Prize.
5.1.3 All other costs and expenses (including taxes and fees) not identified as part of a prize in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the Winner (as defined below).
5.1.4 All Winners assume full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by participating in the Contest or using or claiming a Prize, or claimed to be caused by participating in the Contest or using or claiming a Prize.
5.1.5 Limit of one (1) Prize per eligible customer, during the Contest Period, while supplies last.
6. Chances of winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.
7. How Prize winners are selected
Random draws (the “Selection Date”) for the prizes will take place at Orka's office located at 5600 Keaton Crescent in Mississauga, ON at approximately 10:00 a.m. ET on August 4th. Potential prize winners (each, a “Potential Winner”) will be selected by random draw from among all eligible entries received for the applicable region/division during the Contest Period.
8. How prize winners are notified
Each potential winner will be contacted by email or phone number, depending on the contact information available in their Orka.ca customer account. If all required conditions are met and the Potential Winner has complied with the Official Rules, the Potential Winner will be declared the winner (“Winner”) of a Prize. If any of the conditions are not met, if a Potential Winner or a Winner declines a Prize for any reason, or if the Prize notification is returned to the Sponsor as undeliverable, the Potential Winner will forfeit the Prize. If a prize is forfeited, the Sponsor will randomly select another potential winner from among the eligible entries received for the region or division concerned, and so on until the prize is awarded. Prizes may be awarded by e-mail to the address indicated in the prize winner's entry. Sponsor assumes no responsibility if, for any reason, a potential winner does not receive notification or if Sponsor does not receive a potential winner's response.
9. Miscellaneous provisions
By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees (1) to be bound by the Official Rules and any decisions of the Sponsor or its agents regarding the awarding of a Prize; and (2) to release the Sponsor, all companies legally related to the Sponsor and its employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents (“Sponsor and Affiliates”) from any and all liability, loss, injury or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or for acceptance or misuse of the Prize. Subject to the jurisdiction of the Régie (Insert this sentence if residents of the Province of Quebec are included in the Contest), Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Contest in whole or in part for any reason without notice, including the right to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. The Contest Rules may be amended without notice to comply with any and all federal, provincial or municipal laws, rules and regulations or the policy of any other entity having jurisdiction over the Sponsor. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
10. Use of Personal Information
By entering the contest, each participant agrees and consents (1) to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by the Sponsor for the purposes of administering the contest and awarding a prize, that the Sponsor may disclose the name and address of the potential winner to the appropriate authorities for the purpose of verifying the participant’s eligibility under the official rules, and that the winner’s name may be disclosed to those who request such information in accordance with section 0; (2) that the Sponsor may use the participant’s name, image, voice, city of residence, and any statements related to the prize for marketing purposes without compensation. The collection, use, and disclosure of a participant’s personal information shall be conducted in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy statement available on this site: www.orka.ca.
11. Intellectual property
Reproduction, representation or exploitation of the contest elements, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Trademarks and product or service names mentioned herein are the property of their respective owners.
12. Prevalent documentation
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Official English Contest Rules and the disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including but not limited to: the terms and conditions of the French Contest Rules, prize claim forms, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Official English Contest Rules shall prevail, govern and control to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Applicable legislation
The Contest is void where prohibited by law and is subject to Canadian federal, provincial, municipal and local laws. This Contest shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario, including all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Contest Rules, the rights and obligations of entrants and the Sponsor, and the procedural provisions, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions or jurisdiction. Any dispute shall be adjudicated by a court sitting in Toronto, Ontario.
14. Quebec residents only
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a promotional contest may be submitted to the Régie du Québec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
